Yes, the Challenge is a sport. I like it.
By the way, I hate that the Mavs and Delonte have had to part ways. If you hear exactly what happened, I'd love to know. That said, I'm kind of excited to see the Eddy Curry experiment. While I really like today's article on thenbageek.com about the John Bryant Error, I think Curry has a chance (while CDR probably doesn't, and Ely makes little sense to me despite playing for Tark once upon a time).
I didn't watch the World Series last night. I watched one AB tonight. I don't care.
I don't understand why the NHL wants to become even more irrelevant than they already are.
I'm gonna write a book. NaNoWriMo looks like it might be a good means to that end. I'm just not sure I'm going to make time. I'm headed to Boston for turkeys. I'm working a couple extra jobs. And, as always, school is kicking my butt. And, I'm actually taking an online class as well. And, I need to spend more time focusing on exercising.
It's been fun watching Notre Dame this year. But, unfortunately, I think they're going to get beaten pretty badly this weekend in Norman. The experts I trust are telling me OU will win a close one, but I don't see how the Irish score, and while the ND defense is for real they have not faced an offense like the Sooners' this year. Plus, it's a big night game in Norman. I think it's going to be like 42-0.
Texas Tech has also been fun, especially last week with 3OT over TCU. I hope they represent themselves well in the little apple.
Romo is a great QB. I'm tired of the complaints. Yes, the Cowboys are an 8-8 type team. DeMarco Murray can't stay healthy. The OL has problems and injuries. And, now the D is fighting attrition as well. But, the numbers don't support any argument against Romo (and the eye test doesn't either, imo).
I'm excited about UNLV's chances this year. SDSU looks legit as well. I'm going to try to make it out for the game at the Mack, but we'll see. I'm definitely going to make some college bball games around here this year.
Maybe some HS hoops as well? We'll see.
