I drove all day Wednesday to get out here to Vegas. I've actually only been here just under 24 hours now (2:30am Friday). Today, I went and got a month membership at the gym, got groceries, slept, and watched some soccer. Then, I watched Game 5 of the NBA Finals. I dislike the Heat, as I think many of you know. However, I'm glad it's over as it opens me up to fully concentrate on poker for the next couple of weeks. That's what I'm here to do.
Tom's in town, too, so after basketball, we hit up the Venetian 1/2 game. Not a good night for me. Just didn't have hands/spots and didn't create any. I'm back at it tomorrow. I've got a satellite with some poker friends and then some friendly mixed games with them. Saturday, I'm planning to play the 2pm deepstack at the Rio. I'll try to post some about both days.
